双金属复合轧制的流函数理论模型

摘 要:在台湾学者Hwang Y M的双金属非对称复合轧制流函数模型的基础上,进一步考虑了复合时轧辊压扁的影响,引入了系数Ca,推导出了双金属非对称复合轧制的流函数模型,据此模型得到了塑性变形区内的速度场、应变速度场、应力场、轧制力、轧制功率等的计算公式.从理论上说,该模型随着逼近空间维数M×N的增大,所设定的速度场可以无限接近真实速度场,从而得到较精确的理论解.
Abstract: Based on Taiwan scholar Yeong-Maw Hwang′s bimetal asymmetrical clad sheet rolling model,this paper considers the affection of the deformation of rolls,inductes the coefficient Ca,and then proposes a theoretical model for bimetal asymmetrical clad sheet rolling by using stream function method.According to this model,we can gain the equations of velocity field,strain-ratio field,stress field,rolling force,rolling work,thickness ratio,curvature-ratio of the product and frictional and normal force on the bonding interface of the plastic deformation region.Theoretically with the increment of the dimension M×N of approaching space,the hypothetical velocity field can unlimitedly approach the true velocity fleld,and so relatively precise theoretical solution can be obtained.
