莱钢变电站在线温度无线监测系统的研究与应用

摘 要:针对莱芜钢铁集团有限公司变电站封闭式设备温度无法在线实时监测的问题,采用了在线温度无线监测系统。该系统实现了对电力系统高压设备接触点的温度进行实时在线监测,经过与电力自动化系统连接,做到了远距离遥测,对温度异常情况发出报警信号并及时提醒值班人员采取措施。本文详细介绍了系统组成、系统软件设计及系统特点,实际运行结果表明,系统的应用对降低设备故障率,延长设备使用寿命,减轻工作人员劳动强度效果显著。
Abstract: To solve on-line realtime temperature monitoring problem of closed equipment in transformer substation of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,an online wireless temperature monitoring system was used.Online realtime temperature monitoring of contact points of high voltage equipment in power system was achieved by use of the system.After the system was connected with power automation system,remote telemetry was realized,and warning signal can be issued when temperature was abnormal to remind officers on duty to take measures.Structure,software design and features of the system are introduced in detail.Practical application results show that equipment failure rate was decreased,equipment usage life was prolonged,and labour intensity of operators was reduced obviously.
