立井井筒失稳机理与加固方法

摘    要:以山东三山岛金矿新立矿区措施井为工程背景,结合地勘和设计资料,提出锚杆和锚注型壁座结构联合加固的方法,对措施井标高-29.7 m至-27.2 m的范围进行加固,并通过数值计算结果和现场监测结果对比分析,研究邻近设施偏压和流固耦合作用下井筒的破坏机理和加固效果。研究结果表明:已破坏的井筒衬砌层失去支护效果并产生相对位移,对井壁有下拉作用;地面充填系统的偏压作用导致地表发生沉降,并引起井筒上部的围岩变形;井紧邻莱州湾,海水的静压渗流和潮汐动力作用导致井筒的局部位移和塑性区分布变大;锚杆和壁座结构的联合加固方法对井筒位移和塑性区有显著控制效果,最大水平位移计算值由1.8 m减小至11.8 cm,最大垂直位移计算值由18.8 cm减小至6.1 mm,说明加固措施对破坏区域起到了有效的支护作用。锚杆和锚注型壁座联合加固方法作为一种新型的加固方法,可为立井井筒破坏治理提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the geological prospecting and design data, a method was porposed for the joint reinforcement of anchor bolt and anchor type wall seat in Xinli Mine area of Sanshandao Gold Mine in Shandong Province. The vertical elevation of the shaft was strengthened from -29.7 m to -27.2 m, and the failure mechanism and reinforcement effect of the wellbore under the action of nearby bias and flux-solid coupling were studied through comparative analysis of numerical calculation and field monitoring data. The results show that the lining wellbore of the damaged shaft loses its supporting effect and produces relative displacement, which has a pulling effect on the shaft wall. The bias of the surface filling system causes the surface settle and the surrounding rock above the wellbore deform. The measure shaft is adjacent to Laizhou Bay, and the hydrostatic seepage and tidal dynamic action of seawater lead to the increase of the local displacement and plastic zone distribution of the wellbore. The combined reinforcement method of bolt and wall seat has a remarkable control effect on wellbore displacement and plastic zone. The maximum horizontal displacement calculation value reduces from 1.8 m to 11.8 cm, and the maximum vertical displacement calculation value reduces from 18.8 cm to 6.1 mm, indicating that the reinforcement measures play an effective supporting role in the damaged area. As a new reinforcement method, the joint reinforcement method of anchor rod and anchor injection type wall seat can provide reference for shaft failure control.
