机械合金化制备MoSi₂和Mo₅Si₃

摘    要：用机械合金化方法制得了MoSi₂粉末和Mo₅Si₄非晶粉末,Mo₅Si₃非晶经1000℃真空退火后晶化成Mo₅Si₃晶体,用x射线衍射研究了机械合金化过程中粉末结构变化规律.

Abstract: We have used mechanical alloying(MA)to synthesize MoSi₂ intermetallic and Mo₅Si₃ amorphous material directly. After vacuum annealing,we obtained Mo₅Si₃ intermetallic compound. Structural change during the MA proceducre are examined by x-ray diffraction(XRD).
