双室流化换热器传热分析

摘 要:介绍了一种用于腐蚀性乏气余热回收的新型无管束磨损的间热式换热器——双室流化换热器.类比壳管式换热器传热分析,对其传热特性进行了理论研究.研究表明,换热器总热阻由两流化床气固换热热阻和颗粒循环流动传热热阻串联而成;颗粒流量在一定范围内可控制其传热过程;加大气流速度,增加床层横截面积,选用大颗粒及加大颗粒流量等均可强化其传热.为后期研究其传热特性及工业应用提供了理论依据.
Abstract: A new-type indirect heat-exchanger with no abrasion to tube bundles, applied to surplus heat recovery of corrosive exhaust gas and called twin-fluidized-bed, is described. Analogizing heat transfer of shell-coil heat-exchanger, theoretical study is carried out on its thermal characteristics. Research shows that the thermal resistance of gas/particle heat transfer in two fluidized beds connects in series with circulating particles, and that the rate of particles can control the whole heat transfer process in a range and the heat transfer is intensified by increasing gas velocity, bed cross-section area, rate of particles and mass mean diameter. The paper serves as a theoretical basis on later researching on its heat transfer characteristics and industrial application.
