铁卟啉的合成及其对氧还原电催化性能

摘    要:利用红外光谱对合成的四苯基卟啉及其铁配合物进行了结构表征,采用X射线光电子能谱方法研究了热处理对铁卟啉结构的影响,通过测定空气电极极化曲线研究了热处理对铁卟啉的电催化活性和稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:铁卟啉具有良好的氧还原电催化活性,通过热处理提高了铁卟啉的电催化活性和稳定性,经过600℃热处理的铁卟啉电催化活性最强,而经过800℃热处理的铁卟啉稳定性最强。

Abstract: Tetraphenylporphyrin and its Iron(III) compound (FeTTP-CI) were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrum. The effect of heat-treatment on structure of metallic porphyrin was investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectra. Cathodic polarization curves of air electrode loaded with metallic porphyrin were measured to evaluate the performance of electrocatalytic activty and heat-stability. The results show that FeTPP-Cl has strong electrocatalytic activty in oxygen reduction, and its electrocatalytic activity and heat-stability can be enhanced by heattreatment. FeTPP-Cl heat-treated at 600℃has the strongest electrocatalytic activity, and has the strongest heat-stability when it is heat-treated at 800℃.
