摘    要:为了处理难度更大的低硫化氢含量的废气,采用从硫化氢中获取单质硫和氢气的液相回收硫化氢的方法.氯化铁水溶液处理硫化氢的体系包括三氯化铁水溶液氧化吸收硫化氢和吸收液电解再生制氢2部分.作者在实验研究的基础上讨论了温度对氧化吸收过程的影响,为回收单质硫的温度条件选择提供了理论和实验根据.认为60~70 ℃为最佳的吸收反应温度,在此条件下,既能保证有足够大的吸收率,又能得到易于过滤的单质硫.

Abstract: A new mehtod of using liquid substances to recover H2S from waste gas that has low H2S concentration, and to obtain S and H2 from recovered H2S has been studied. The H2S recovery system consists of two processes: oxido absorbing H2S from waste gas by FeCl3 aqueous solution, and electrolyzing the absorbing solution to reproduce H2. Based on experimental research, we have investigated the influences of temperature on the process of absorption, and have established a theoretical and experimental standard for the decision of temperature in the recovery of S. The best temperature suitable for the recovery reaction has been proved to be 60~70 ℃. At these temperatures, the absorbance is high, and the S is easy to be filterd out.
