锻造对AlFeVSi合金组织和性能的影响

摘 要:AlFeVSi合金具有耐高温、耐腐蚀等优异性能.作者研究了该合金的锻造工艺,旨在为将来生产大件做基础性准备工作.采用喷射沉积-包套锻造工艺制备样品,通过金相、力学性能、SEM、TEM等实验,对锻前、锻后的合金组织和性能进行对比分析.结果表明:采用大的变形量,能使喷射沉积锭坯的层与层之间达到更好的冶金结合,改善分层现象,提高合金的抗拉强度和延伸率.
Abstract: FVS0812 alloy owns excellent properties of heat resistance and corrosion resistance.There are many investigations on extrusion and rolling process of this alloy but few reports about producing large sized component by using forging process.The forging process of the alloy was emphatically studied to prepare for producing large sized component in future.Spray deposition aluminum can forging process was used to produce samples.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the sample before or after forging were compared by means of metalography,tensile test,SEM and TEM.The results showed the layer phenomena of spray deposition blank were ameliorated and the alloy′s elongation and strength were enhanced.When great deformation degree was exerted,the interface between layers came up to complete metallurgic binding.So the unfavorable effects of the layers can be eliminated and the alloy′s ductility was enhanced greatly.
