半固态铝合金触变成形流场的模拟仿真

摘    要：从流变学基本方程出发 ,使用MAGMASOFT Version3.1软件 ,模拟半固态铝合金触变成形过程的流场分布、温度场。对比模拟值与试验中的不同阶段的充型试样。将计算机模型控制点的模拟温度和压力与试验中的测量值进行对比。

Abstract: Based on the basic equations of rheology, the simulations were run with code MAGMASOFT *RVersion3.1. The results of simulations and experiments were got respectively and the temperature and pressure difference between simulations and measured were compared.
