摘    要:为改善热轧带钢板形控制性能,提高产品板形质量,针对济南钢铁股份有限公司1700ASP宽带钢热连轧生产线,开发了特殊工作辊辊形和支撑辊辊形技术及板形过程控制系统。本文综合考虑辊形技术及轧制过程中热胀、磨损因素等对该系统中板形设定模型的影响,利用解耦思想进行来料与目标凸度的机架凸度分配,通过二维变厚度有限元方法计算辊系弹性变形并建立板形模型,最后根据实时工艺数据通过模型计算对弯辊力和窜辊量进行设定。系统自2008年投用以来运行稳定,生产表明凸度与平坦度命中率有较大提高,尤其是厚度大于6 mm、宽度大于1 200 mm规格带钢的凸度偏差控制在±35μm的比例由原来的37.9%增加到85%以上,极限薄规格带钢平坦度命中率也有较大幅度提高,具有较为广阔的推广前景。

Abstract: In order to improve shape quality of strips and facilitate the shape control,special contour techniques for the work rolls and the backup rolls as well as a shape process control system were developed for Jinan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.1700mm hot rolling mill.In this paper,development of the shape setting model of the running shape process control system is introduced,in which the effect of the contours,thermal expansion and wearing of the rolls are comprehensively taken into account.In the shape setting model,the target crown for each stand is allocated following the decoupling concept,while elastic deformation of the rolls is calculated by two-dimension finite element method with variable thickness.Accordingly the online shape control model is established and used for the calculation of the settings of the bending force and the shift of the work rolls.The shape process control system has been running stably since 2008.The practical statistical data shows that the crown precision and the flatness of the rolled strips have been significantly improved,especially for the strip with thickness greater than 6mm and width greater 1200mm,the statistics of the crown deviation within ±35μm of the strip have reached over 85% with the shape control,comparing to 37.9% that recorded when the shape control was absent.In addition,the flatness precision of the thin products has been also improved according to the practical statistics.
