环保型铝用冷捣糊的研制

摘    要:以环氧树脂为黏结剂,电煅煤和石墨为骨料,制备捣固温度为(20±5) ℃铝用冷捣糊(环氧树脂型冷捣糊)。采用万能试验机、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和气相色谱-质谱仪等检测制备糊料的性能。研究结果表明:环氧树脂型冷捣糊是一种环保型炭素材料,它具有低电阻率(73.23 μΩ?m)、高抗压强度(21.36 MPa)、钠渗透和热膨胀合适等优越性能,可满足工业要求;碳化温度越高,树脂的官能团消失越完全;冷捣糊的热重和热膨胀曲线可分为3个阶段,焙烧时应减缓第二阶段的升温速率。

Abstract: Cold ramming paste with ramming temperature at (20±5) ℃ for aluminum electrolysis cell was prepared with epoxy resin as binder, electro-calcined anthracite and graphite as aggregate. The properties of prepared pastes were investigated by universal testing machine, infrared spectrum (IR), thermo gravimetry (TG) and gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrum (MS). The results show that the prepared cold ramming paste is an eco-friendly carbon material and it has low electrical resistivity (73.23 μΩ?m), high compressive strength (21.36 MPa) and appropriate sodium penetration and thermal expansion, all of which can meet industry requirements. The resin functional groups disappear more completely at higher carbonized temperature. The TG and thermal expansion curves of the prepared cold ramming paste can be divided into three stages and we should slow down the heating rate in the second stage.
