摘 要：<正> For the determination of particle size distribution of super-micro colloidal SiO2 Sol,SAXS techni-q （?）has been applied to solving the problem.The two different methods of intensity analysis namedLog-Normal Distribution Fitting and Dividing Distribution Function were adopted.The results onparticle size distribution showed that the two procedures of intensity analysis led to a quite coincidentconclusion.Also the results have a good agreement with TEM direct observation.
