黄镍铁矿阳极的高温电化学行为

摘 要:本研究采用线性电位扫描、循环伏安等电化学方法研究了合成的黄镍铁矿阳极在酸性硫酸盐水溶液中的高温电化学行为,考查了温度、溶液pH值及镍离子浓度等因素对阳极溶解过程的影响。研究结果表明,温度对黄镍铁矿阳极溶解过程影响显著。温度较低时,阳极溶解基本上可分为两个阶段;而温度较高时,阳极溶解主要是按一步反应进行的。溶液pH值的变化对阳极过程影响不大。增大镍离子浓度对阳极溶解反应有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract: The electrochemical behaviour of synthetic heazlewoodite in acidic sodium sulfate solutions at higher temperature was investigated by various electrochemical techniques such as linear-potential sweep and cyclic voltammetry The influences of temperature, pH and concerntration of Ni2+ ions on the anodic dissolution of heazlewoodite were examined. It was shown that the dissolution is significantly influenced by temperature. The anodic dissolution proceeds in two stages at lower temperatures whereas at higher temperatures heazlewoodite dissolves in one step. Variation of pH hardly influenced the anodic dissolution of heazlewoodite. Increasing concerntration of Ni2+ ions was unfavorable to the dissolution.
