硫酸稀土固相转化新工艺中稀土的固相转化率测定方法研究

摘 要:选用硫酸钡重量法、EDTA滴定法、红外吸收法三种分析方法测定硫酸稀土焙烧矿碳酸氢氨固相转化生产稀土新工艺中稀土的固相转化率。实验结果表明,用红外吸收法通过测定转化后粗碳酸稀土中碳含量得到稀土的固相转化率,能够真实反映稀土固相转化情况,符合碳酸氢氨固相转化生产稀土新工艺的要求。
Abstract: Three analytical methods including barium sulfate gravimetry,EDTA titrimetry and infrared absorption were used to determine the solid-phase conversion rate of rare earth in a novel technology of rare earth manufactured by ammonium hydrogen carbonate solid-phase conversion from rare earth sulphate roasted ore.The experimental results indicated that the solid-phase conversion rate of rare earth obtained by determining carbon content in converted crude rare earth carbonate by infrared absorption method could truly reflect the state of solid-phase conversion of rare earth and could meet the requirements of new technology for manufacturing rare earth by ammonium bicarbonate solid-phase conversion.
