有机热载体炉积碳层中超声导波的检测试验研究

摘    要:阐述模拟积碳层检测的试验装置,研究不同探头间距、不同周期和有无积碳层炉管对超声导波信号的影响。研究结果表明:频率为500 kHz时的L(0,2)模态导波在双层管道中的最佳探头检测间距为35~40 cm,最佳检测周期为5周期;当探头间距为40 cm、检测周期为5周期时,频率为500 kHz激励出的L(0,2)模态在厚度为3 mm的积碳管中的群速度比在空管中的群速度减少7.59%,从模拟试验中验证了可利用超声导波群速度检测积碳层厚度。该研究结果为基于超声导波的有机热载体炉积碳检测研究提供了依据。

Abstract: The testing devices were described and the effects of the ultrasonic guided wave signal on different probe spacings, different periods and carbon deposition layers were investigated. The results show that the best distance of optimal probe is 35-40 cm and the best detection cycle is 5 cycles for 500 kHz, L(0,2) mode guided wave. The group velocity in carbon tubes is 7.59% less than the group velocity in a double lager empty tube for probing spacing 40 cm, 5 cycles, 500 kHz and at the L(0,2) mode. The ultrasonic guided wave group velocity can be used to detect the change of carbon layer. The results of ultrasonic guided wave detection of carbon layer provide the basis for practical applications.
