单元式无砟轨道板间传力杆设置的计算方法

摘    要:为控制单元道床板的板端变形,加强其板间整体性,兰新高铁等线路采用板间传力杆设置方案,进而保障轨道结构的稳定性和线路行车的平顺性,然而目前我国铁路系统尚缺乏传力杆设置的相关理论和计算方法。基于数值仿真及工程实际建立力学模型,通过理论推导和现场试验验证等确立简单可靠的传力杆配置计算方法。研究结果表明:传力杆的设置可有效加强单元道床板间的整体性,其控制板端变形的能力随着板间传力杆和单元道床板横截面抗弯刚度比值、单元道床板长度和伸缩缝宽度比值的增大而逐渐提高;受制于传力杆不能传递纵向轴力,传力杆设置抑制的板端横向变形幅值存在上限,该上限幅值小于原有变形幅值的50%;实际工程应用中传力杆须适量配置,过量的传力杆配置引起的控制效果改变不明显。

Abstract: In order to control the deformation of the end of the unit bed slab and strengthen the integrity of the slabs, the dowel bar setting measure was adopted by the Lanzhou—Xinjiang high speed railway and other lines to ensure the stability of track structure and the smoothness of vehicle travel. However, the current railway system of China still lacked relevant theories and calculation methods for the setting of the dowel bar. A mechanical model was established based on numerical simulation and engineering practice, and a simple and reliable calculation method of the dowel bar configuration was established through theoretical derivation and field test verification. The results show that the dowel bar setting can effectively strengthen the integrity of the unit bed slabs; its ability to control the deformation of the plate end is directly related to the bending stiffness ratio between the dowel bars and the unit bed slab and the length ratio between the unit bed slab and the expansion joint, and the ability gradually increases as the two ratios increase. Due to the fact that the dowel bar cannot transmit the longitudinal axial force, there is an upper limit to the deformation amplitude which is inhibited by the dowel bar setting, and the upper limit amplitude is less than 50% of the original deformation amplitude. In engineering applications, the dowel bars must be properly configured, and the change in control effect caused by the excessive dowel bar configuration is not obvious.
