温度对亚硝酸盐剩余污泥发酵耦合反硝化系统性能的影响

摘    要:在剩余污泥发酵系统中引入亚硝酸盐,构建亚硝酸盐型剩余污泥发酵耦合反硝化系统,考察温度对亚硝酸盐型剩余污泥发酵耦合反硝化系统发酵性能、反硝化性能和污泥减量性能的影响。研究结果表明:在35 ℃时,反硝化能力相对较高,平均反硝化速率为10.6 mg/(g·d);不同温度系统发酵性能由高到低依次为35 ℃系统、25 ℃系统、45 ℃系统、55 ℃系统;在35 ℃时污泥减量性能最佳,其VSS去除率达31.5%。

Abstract: The waste activated sludge (WAS) coupling with denitrification system was built by adding -N into WAS fermentation system. The effects of different temperatures on the system performance were investigated. The results show that denitrification ability is relatively higher at 35 ℃ with the specific denitrification rate of 10.6 mg/(g·d). The highest fermentation performance is at 35 ℃, with the second highest being at 25 ℃, and the lowest at 55 ℃. The greatest sludge reduction performance can be obtained at 35 ℃, and the removal rate of VSS is up to 31.5%.
