贝氏体等温温度对980 MPa TRIP钢力学性能和显微组织的影响

摘 要:利用DIL805A膨胀相变仪、Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机、X射线衍射和拉伸试验等研究了TRIP钢贝氏体区(360~440℃)等温处理对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,贝氏体区等温温度影响残余奥氏体体积分数与残奥中碳浓度,是决定TRIP钢力学性能的关键因素。试验钢在800℃×180 s+400℃×300 s处理条件下,可得到17%残余奥氏体,其碳含量为1.5%,此时可获得较佳的相变诱发塑性和较好的强韧性配合,其强塑积可达到31 200 MPa·%。
Abstract: Microstructure and mechanical properties of the high strength TRIP steel annealed at isothermal bainite temperature(IBT,360~440 ℃) were researched by means of DIL805A inflate,Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator,X-ray,tensile test and so on.The results showed that the bainite isothermal temperature greatly affected the retained austenite and its carbon content,which was the key factor of the mechanical properties of TRIP steels.With the heat treatment of 800 ℃×180 s+ 400 ℃×300 s,the best product of strength and ductility was 31 200 MPa·%,which had the amount of 1.5% carbon in 17% austenite.
