SA-335P22高压锅炉管缺陷分析及改进措施

摘 要:SA-335P22高压锅炉管穿孔后管体表面出现大量裂纹,其形貌特殊且分布无规律。通过对裂纹进行金相和扫描电镜分析,以及对铸坯酸洗和低倍酸浸分析,确定该穿孔裂纹是由铸坯内部裂纹引起。采取降低中间包的过热度,适当降低拉坯速度,减小铸坯的二次冷却强度等措施,对减少这种缺陷的出现有明显的效果。
Abstract: A lot of external cracks were found after piercing of SA-335P22 high pressure boiler tube bloom,and their pattern are special and distribute randomly.Cracks were analyzed by using optical and scan electronic microscope and acid leaching test of bloom and acid leaching sample test.The result showed that the defect is caused by bloom’s internal fine cracks.Measures of lower liquid superheat,decreasing the casting speed of bloom and reduction billet’s secondary cooling strength are obviously effective to reduce such kinds of defects.
