多孔模板法制备铅酸电池用泡沫炭集流体

摘    要:以普通沥青为原料,采用有机多孔模板法制备铅酸电池用泡沫炭负极集流体,并用循环伏安、充放电测试和扫描电子显微镜等研究电池负极的电化学行为。研究结果表明:多孔模板法制备的泡沫炭具有三维连通开孔结构,孔径为0.5~1.0 mm;该泡沫炭在-1.25~0.7 V范围内电化学性能稳定,能用作铅酸电池负极集流体;以此制备出的铅酸电池具有较好的荷电循环性能。电池以1/20C和1/10C放电时,负极活性物质利用率比使用传统铅板栅负极集流体的电池分别提高12.3%和23.0%,扫描电镜显示电池充放电时,泡沫炭集流体上生成的晶体颗粒更小更均匀。

Abstract: Using ordinary pitch as material, the foam carbon was prepared by porous organic template and used as negative current collectors for lead acid batteries. The electrochemical behaviors of foam carbon negative electroplate were studied by means of cyclic voltammetry, charge and discharge tests and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the foam carbon has 3D open-pore structure, its pore size is 0.5-1.0 mm, and its electrochemical property is stable between -1.25 and 0.7 V. The lead acid battery using foam carbon as negative collector has good partial-state-of charge cycling performance. Compared with the lead acid battery using a lead grid negative current collector, its active material utilization efficiencies are 12.3% and 23.0% higher at 1/20C and 1/10C discharge rates, respectively. SEM shows that the active material on the foam carbon electroplate has more uniform and smaller crystals.
