摘    要：通过理论分析和实验研究,查明了铜管拉伸摩擦润滑剂机理,提出了铜管拉伸工艺润滑剂配方模式,并研制了CSC-1高效拉伸润滑剂,该润滑剂除了能满足拉伸过程一般要求外,还具有所拉铜管表面光亮、残留油膜不需脱脂能在退火中挥发的突出特点。

Abstract: This work has presented the mechanism of friction and lubricantion during the drawing process of copper tube,described the lubricants preservation model of copper tube drawing,and prepared high efficiency lubricant of copper tube drawing.In addition to that the lubri-cant is satisfying for ordinary demand of drawing process.It owns a projecting feature thatwill make the surface of copper tubes very smooth and the left-over oil film volatilize during annealing.
