中国恶劣风环境下铁路安全行车研究进展

摘    要:介绍我国铁路恶劣风环境下正在开展的铁路安全行车方面的研究以及进一步开展的研究,主要包括:风环境下铁路安全行车综合研究方法,如数值计算、风洞试验、在线实车试验、理论分析等;大风环境下列车空气动力特性规律,如列车空气阻力特性、空气升力特性、空气横向动力特性、列车交会空气压力波、风—车—路—局域地貌环境耦合列车空气动力特性等;风环境下列车临界运行速度,如风特性、空气动力、机械动力作用下车辆倾覆稳定性、特殊风环境下的列车临界运行速度;恶劣风环境下铁路安全行车措施,如实施限速(即对风速-路况-车外型与载重不同组合下的列车安全运行速度限值)或停轮,设计合理的列车外形,设置挡风墙,建立铁路大风监测预警与行车指挥系统等。

Abstract: The ongoing research work and the further research plan on railway safety under strong wind condition in China were both described. The main contents are as follows: research method of railway safety under strong wind condition, including numerical calculation, wind tunnel test, online real vehicle experiments, theoretical analysis, etc; research on aerodynamic laws of trains under strong wind condition, such as aerodynamic drags of trains, air lift characteristics of trains, air lateral characteristics of trains, crossing pressure waves of trains, aerodynamic characteristics of trains under wind-vehicle-railway-local area coupled condition; research on critical running speeds of trains under strong wind condition, such as wind characteristics, wind aerodynamics, safe running speeds of trains under special conditions caused by mechanical power; research on measures of railway safety under strong wind condition, including making the plan of running speed limitations and stops of trains under the different combinations of wind speed-railway condition-train shape-train load condition, designing the optimizing shapes of trains, setting the break wall, and establishing the strong wind monitoring and warning system, etc.
