DF系统深孔钻的分流比

摘 要:运用系统论观点,对深孔钻系统进行分析.首次把金属切削加工和流体运动2个子系统有机地联系起来,用现代计算技术,对喷射泵特性方程进行数学分析,绘制理论参数变化规律曲线,并进行了验证,从而得出DF系统深孔钻分流比β的合理值应小于2的结论,这与原来的经验数据相比,大大增加了DF系统深孔钻设计的运用性和合理性,并建立了一定的理论基础.
Abstract: Through analysing current situation in deephole drilling study and deephole drilling sys-tem using system theory in this paper,two subsystems,the metal machining and fluid mov-ing,are connected organically;the mathematic analysis of the characteristic formula of jetpump is carried out;variation curve between parameters is drawn with the help of moderncalculating technique,and the experiment is done. It is found that the reasonable value of flow ratio in DF deephole drill is 0.4 to 2.0.This will greatly raise designing suitability andreasonableness as compared with original experience data, and the theoretical base of DFdeephole drilling system is established to some extent.
