摘    要:建立了X射线荧光光谱对高炉渣、转炉渣、精炼渣、电炉渣、平炉渣中的CaO、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3、TFe、P2O5、TiO2、MnO和S的快速检测方法。以Li2B4O7为熔剂,NH4NO3为氧化剂,LiBr作脱膜剂,熔融法制备样品。选用15个炉渣标准物质与高纯物质配制成标准系列绘制校准曲线。运用空白试样系数校正法对Si、Al、Fe、Mn等各元素的谱线重叠进行校正,理论α系数与经验系数相结合对样品基体效应进行校正,有效克服了炉渣复杂体系中各元素谱线干扰与基体效应。对5种炉渣标准样品进行测定,测定值与认定值相一致。

Abstract: A rapid method was developed for the determination of CaO,MgO,SiO2,Al2O3,TFe,P2O5,TiO2,MnO and S in blast furnace slag,vessel slag,refining slag,electroslag and open hearth slag by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The sample was prepared by fused method,using Li2B4O7 as flux,NH4NO3 as oxidizer and LiBr as release agent.Fifteen furnace slag standard substances and high purity substance were used to prepare standard series to plot the calibration curve.The spectral overlapping of Si,Al,Fe and Mn was corrected by blank coefficient correction method.The theoretical α coefficient combined with empirical coefficient were used to correct the matrix effect,overcoming the spectral line interference and matrix effect of elements in slag.Five slag standard samples were determined by the proposed method and the results were consistent with the certified values.
