钨合金球坯制备新工艺分析

摘    要：用圆盘造球工艺制备了钨合金球坯,此种工艺具有生产效率高、产品质量稳定、成本低和易操作等特点.与模压法相比,采用此工艺可使压力分布更均匀,材质更致密。本文讨论了圆盘制球工艺中钨合金球坯的受力状态、密度均匀性和球径控制等问题。

Abstract: A process of preparation of tungsten alloy balls with balling disk has advantages of highefficiency,low cost,easy operation, and stable quality of products. Compared with ballingprocess of die-compaction,the compacting pressure distribution is more even, and densifica-tion of balls is higher. The stress state,dimension, homogenization of densification and con-troll of diameter of tungsten alloy balls in the process were discussed.
