连铸结晶器非正弦振动系统神经元控制研究

摘 要:连铸机结晶器非正弦振动的目的是减少振动的负滑脱时间,为了提高非正弦振动的控制精度,采用了单神经元自适应PID控制,与传统PID的控制效果进行了比较。仿真及试验结果表明:单神经元自适应PID控制提高了结晶器振动的响应速度,有效地保证了结晶器振动负滑脱时间这一控制指标;减小了位置跟踪波形的畸变,使结晶器按给定非正弦振动特性曲线运动。
Abstract: The mode of non-sinusoidal oscillation for continuous casting mold is used to reduce negative strip time of oscillation.In order to improve the control precision of non-sinusoidal oscillation,the single neuron adaptive PID controller was used.The control performance comparing with the conventional PID controller was given.The simulation and experiment results show that single neuron adaptive PID controller not only improves the responding rate of mold oscillation and ensures the target of mold negative strip time efficiently,but also reduces the distortion of the waveform of position tracking and makes the movement curve of the mold be same as the defined non-sinusoidal oscillation curve.
