1780热连轧机精轧机组辊型优化技术的设计及应用

摘 要:根据宁波钢铁1780热连轧机精轧机组采用的"窜辊+辊型+弯辊"的技术方案以及设备特点,以板形和板凸度质量和轧辊使用寿命为前提条件,优化设计精轧机组的轧辊辊型曲线。工作辊采用燕山大学连家创教授VCSW专利辊型,支承辊采用平辊+辊端辊型,根据典型规格产品进行辊型优化设计计算。配合燕山大学设计的板形控制系统,经生产考核,带钢板凸度命中率达到96%以上,带钢平直度良好。
Abstract: According to the "roll shifting+roll shape+roll bending" technology and device characteristics of Ningbo steel 1780 hot tandem mill,under prior condition of both strip shape control quality and roll life-span,the roll shape of finish stands was improved.The roll shape patent VCSW of Lian Jiachuang professor in Yanshan University was adopted as the working rolls,and the straight barrel + edge curve were adopted as the backup rolls.Roll shape parameters were specified through the optimization design calculation of the typical productions.With shape control system designed by Yanshan University,the practice show that the percentage of strip crown hits is more than 96%,the strip flatness is good.
