高效高梯度磁选设备及其工艺研究

摘 要:传统高梯度磁选机在分选过程中容易堵塞,以致分选效率不高,且耗水量大。本研究采用了使分选介质振动、分选物料脉动的方法,解决了高梯度磁选易堵塞的问题,提高了分选效率。此外,创造了回浆法和冷却水系统的半封闭式循环用水等新工艺,大大节约了用水量。生产实践证明,这种高效高梯度磁选设备长期运转正常、工作可靠、维修方便,其生产工艺先进、自动化程度高、节省能耗。解决了低质原料一直无法利用的难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract: Conventional high gradient magnetic separators are easy to be blocked in separation process with large water consumption,resulting in lower separating efficiency.In this study,using the vibration of matrix and the pulsation of the materials to be processed,we solve thechoking problem of HGMS and improve the separating efficienc .Morever,new technologies such as slurry-recycling method and semi-closed circuit water circulation for cooling system were adopted reducing water consumption greatly.The high-efficiency HGMS equipment & its new technology have been successfully applied in practice and economic profits aregained.
