摘    要:根据在工业侧部导电阳极铝电解槽上的观测,发现槽电压的低频波动与电解槽的工艺状况有密切的关系。槽电压的低频波动按其性质可归纳为“气膜电阻波动”、“铝液短路波动”、“极距周期起伏”和“电压随电流跃动”等四种基本类型。并且,它还可以进一步分为多种波动形式。不同波动形式是不同工艺状况的表现,具有各自的特征。这对于开发槽电压低频波动作为铝电解工艺的信息资源具有重要意义。

Abstract: From the observation of industrial horizontal stud Soderberg Cells, it was found that therewere close relationships between the low frequency fluctuation of cell voltage and cell performance.The low frequency fluctuation of cell voltage can be divided by its characteristics into four basictypes, namely, bubble resistance fluctuation, short circuit fluctuation, ACD waving, and voltagepulsation with current. It can also be further divided into many kinds of fluctuation forms. Eachtype of fluctuation possesses different characteristics relating to certain cell conditions. This workis of important significance for us to use the low frequency fluctuation of cell voltage as perform-ance information sources in aluminum electrolysis.
