转子发动机热力过程数学模型

摘    要:

对转子发动机缸内燃烧过程进行分析,建立转子发动机热力过程数学模型的基本微分方程,并分阶段对方程进行简化,得到压缩期、燃烧期、膨胀期和换气期的质量和能量方程;以Matlab软件的Simulink为平台对单转子发动机热力过程进行仿真模拟,并将仿真结果与J. Abraham等所得结果进行比较。研究结果表明:仿真结果与J. Abraham等所得结果有一定偏差且滞后约4°,但最大偏差不超过7%,证明所建立的数学模型可用于模拟仿真转子发动机的运行状况。

Abstract:

The thermodynamic process of rotary engine was studied, and the general differential equations for rotary engine’s thermodynamic process were build based on analyzing combustion process of rotary engine in chamber. According to the different characteristics in each phase, the general equations were simplified, and the mass and energy conservation equations in compression period, combustion period, expansion period and exchange period were obtained. Using Simulink of Matlab software, simulations were operated and compared with data given by J. Abraham, et al. The results show that there is certain deviation and about 4° lagging behind existed between simulation results and data given by J. Abraham, et al, but the greatest deviation is below 7%. The models can be used to simulate the working process of rotary engines, and provide experience for further research and development of rotary engine.
