烧结杯点火装置控制系统

摘 要:根据烧结杯点火的控制要求,中南大学烧结球团与直接还原研究所与北方某冶金设计研究院进行技术合作,研发了基于点火温度和真空室负压控制的自动点火系统。系统采用工控机和PLC相结合的两级控制,并且合理设计了高压点火装置,实现了烧结杯点火的自动控制。系统投入使用以来,点火充分、稳定、可靠,运行效果良好,据不完全统计,系统更新换代一个月后,成品率提高2%,燃气单耗降低12%,达到了节能环保的目的。
Abstract: According to control requirements of ignition for sintering cup,an ignition automatic system which is based on control of ignition temperature and negative pressure of vacuum chamber has been developed by cooperation research of Sintered Pellet and Direct Reduction Institute of Central South University and a certain Northern Metallurgical Design Institute.Two level control combining IPC with PLC is adopted in the system.High voltage ignition device is designed rationally.Automatic control of sintering ignition is realized.Since the system is put into use,ignition is reliable,stable and abundant,and operation effect is well.According to incomplete statistics,after the system is replaced,yield increases by 2% in a month,but gas consumption reduces by 12%.Purpose of energy saving and environmental protection is achieved.
