对孕镶金刚石钻头磨损规律的探讨——钻头内径磨损常大于外径磨损的原因

摘 要:钻头内缘磨损经常大于外缘的原因,是由于钻头内缘负担大于外缘负担造成的.作者计算出水口宽度、钻头内外径差对钻头胎块内外缘负担差的影响,并对于各种类型钻头,推荐了合理的水口数及水口宽度,以减少钻头内外缘的磨损差.
Abstract: The author considers the reason why the wear on bit inner edge is always larger than the wear on bit outer edge is that the load on bit inner edge is larger than the load on its outer edge.A relation of number and width of water grooves and the difference between inner diameter and outer diameter of the bit to the difference in load between inner edge and outer edge of the bit has been presented in this paper.Reasonable number and width of water grooves of a bit are recommended for various bits in order to decrease the difference in wear between bit inner edge and its outer edge.
