新型无源无损单周控制的高功率因数整流器

摘    要:设计一种新型单相高功率因数整流器。主电路采用无源无损缓冲网络来实现主开关管的零电流开通和零电压关断,控制电路采用基于单周期控制的CCM型功率因数校正芯片IR1150作为主控芯片。分析单周期控制的功率因数校正与无源无损网络的工作原理,对高功率因数整流器的主要模块如升压储能电感、无源无损网络、EMI滤波器和噪声干扰的抑制等进行分析与设计。研究结果表明:该高功率因数整流器设计合理、性能可靠,无需传统PFC电路所需的乘法器、输入电压采样以及固定的三角波振荡器,简化了PFC电路的设计并缩小了装置体积,功率因数可达0.992。

Abstract: A novel high power factor rectifier was proposed. A passive lossless snubber was employed in main circuit to realize zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off for the main switch. The IR1150 chip based on one cycle control, which was intended for boost converters for power factor correction (PFC) operating at a fixed frequency in continuous conduction mode (CCM), was used as its control core. The fundamental principle of power factor correction based on one cycle control and passive lossless snubber for the proposed rectifier was introduced. Its sections such as boost inductor, passive lossless snubber, EMI filter and noise suppression, and so on, were analyzed and designed respectively. The results show that the boost high power factor rectifier is rational and reliable. It does not need multipliers, AC input voltage sensing and fixed ramp oscillator, and the use of the IR1150 in control circuit makes the PFC circuit design easy and the volume of the rectifier small. Its power factor can reach 0.992.
