液压凿岩机冲击器数字仿真研究

摘 要:在建立液压凿岩机冲击器数学模型时考虑了一些新的因素,提出了一种数值计算法和校正计算法,从而缩短了仿真计算时间,提高了计算精度。试验结果表明,本文编制的计算机数字仿真程序对液压凿岩机冲击器的研究与设计具有实用价值。
Abstract: A study has been carried out to establish the mathematical model and a digital simulation model on impact mechanism of a hydraulic drill and the following four points are stated: 1. The oil pressure of the balance chamber of the control valve is an important factor which cuts down the impact frequency. Derived computa-tive formulas have shown that the internal diameter of a balance oil tube has great influence on the oil pressure of the balance chamber. 2. The cause of the formation of the return resistance and its cutting down by the return accumulator are analysed. 3. The method of pure-uniform acceleration computing used to solve non-linear kinetic equations and to compensate for computation when the state is changed has been put forward. This method has the advantages of high accuracy and a small amount of computation. 4. The specific model of digital simulation has been built on the 11 kinds of different work states of the impact mechanism. The results of the simulation have a better coincidence with the results of tests. This model can be used as a tool of the study and optimum design of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic drill.
