振动放矿的特征与内部埋设深度临界值的研究

摘 要:作者采用1∶50的振动放矿模型,对自由放矿,偶然放矿和困难放矿进行了模拟实验,研究了振动出矿机用于采场时的矿石流动规律及合理参数,得出了振动出矿机的内部埋设深度的临界值及其计算公式,并用物理模拟试验进行了验证。为振动出矿机的使用,长度尺寸的设计以及动力选择提供了理论依据。
Abstract: The author has used the vibrating ore drawing model with a scale of 1:50,and carried out experiments on free drawing,occasional ore drawing anddifficult ore drawing.The vibrating ore drawing machine was used for te-sting the suitability of ore flowing and reasonable parameters in the stopeand the critical value about the interior buried depth of vibrating drawingmachine was obtained.It has been proved that there exists a critical value about the interiorburied depth of the vibrating drawing machine.When interior buried depth is less than the critical value,the drawing volume increases with increasingof interior buried depth;while it is greater than the critical value,the drawing volume decreases.The experiments have proved that the interior burieddepth of vibrating ore drawing machine is the optimun value of interior butied depth.The author has derived a formula capable of calculating the interior bu-ried depth of vibrating machine according to the principle of retaining walland proved it with a physics model.It is noted in this paper that the critical value and the height of dra-wing mouth are the characteristic parameters of the vibrating drawing.Thepaper also has given the relations between them and the formulas of caclula-tion.It has provided the necessary principles on designing the length of vi-brating drawing machine,its safe operation and power selection.
