微量硼的示波极谱测定

摘 要:在pH=4.0的0.02mol/L莽二甲酸氢钾-1.29×10-4mol/L铍试剂Ⅲ底液中,用单扫描示波极谱法可得到硼-铍试剂Ⅲ的络合物吸附波,导数波峰电位在-0.45Vvs(S.C.E).导数波高与硼在0.004—0.5ug/ml范围内的浓度有线性关系,检出限为2.4×10-4ug/ml.研究确定该波是络合物中配位体铍试剂Ⅲ的还原;研究了共存组份的干扰,采用EDTA掩蔽,不经分离可直接测定硼.用拟定的方法测定矿样中微量硼,获得了满意结果.
Abstract: Adsorptive complex wave of boron-beryllon Ⅲ was obtained from the supporting electrolyte which contains 0.02mol/L KHC6H4O4-1.29×10-4mol/L berylionⅢ and whose pH is 4,0 by using single-sweep polarography. The peak potential of the derivative wave is -0.45V vs. (S.C.E.). The linear relationship between wave height and concentration of boron holds in the 0.004-0.5μg/ml range. The limit of detection for boron is 2.4 ×10-4 μg/ml. We have confirmed that the wave is the reduction of beryllon Ⅲ in boron-beryllon Ⅲ complex. The interference of concomitant ions was investigated. The EDTA was used as a masking agent. The boron can be directly detected without the process of separation. This method can be applied to the defermination of trace amounts of boron in ores with satisfactory experimental results.
