岩心激发极化实验系统研究

摘    要:设计一套岩心激发极化测量装置,在气压驱动下,岩心侧面被橡胶套包裹,激励电流不会从岩心侧面的盐水溶液泄漏,从而提高测量信号的信噪比。基于数字信号处理芯片DSP建立一套兼具时域测量和频域测量功能的岩心激发极化实验测量系统,由上位机软件与DSP通信控制其他组件协调工作。三极管组成的恒流单元可以输出大小可调的毫安级恒定电流,在DSP的PWM模块控制下,可以产生同时包含2个频率的充电电流时序。输出电压可调的Boost升压模块可以提供高效的直流升压输出(输出电压可高达上百伏),以驱动高阻抗的测量装置。多路复用器组合可以在DSP的控制下改变测量装置的充电方向,采集系统可以同时监测测量装置两端的电压差及流经的电流。研究结果表明:该系统结构简单,功能完备,人机交互能力强,可以为岩心激发极化实验研究工作提供技术支持,推进激发极化效应在地球物理资源勘查中的应用推广。

Abstract: A set of induced polarization measurement device for core was designed. The core side was covered by a rubber sheath under the pneumatic pressure to ensure the current would not leak from the saline solution on the side of the core for a highest signal-to-noise ratio. The experimental measurement system with the measurement both of time domain and frequency domain was established based on the DSP(digital signal processor) which can control other components work in harmony with each other by communicating with the upper computer. A charging current timing with adjustable magnitude including two frequencies can be output under the control of the PWM module of the DSP. The efficient DC voltages boost module with adjustable output voltages up to hundreds of volts can drive the high-impedance measurement device whose charging direction is changeable by multiplexers under the control of the DSP. The current and the voltage across the measurement device will be monitored simultaneously. The results show that the experimental system with a simple structure, complete functions and strong human-computer interaction capability can provide technical support for the experimental research on induced polarization of core and promote the application in the geophysical resource exploration.
