螺杆膨胀机有机工质朗肯循环低温发电系统的实验与最优化设计

摘    要:研究最适合有机工质朗肯循环低温发电系统的蒸发器形式。通过采用几种常用工质进行实验,分析对比同样外界条件下系统的发电量及火用效率等系统性能评价指标。实验证明,有机工质液体比热容与汽化潜热的比值是一个决定性因素。通过一系列理论分析和仿真实验,最终设计出一种最优化的蒸发器组合,大大提高了系统的发电量和效率,并成功将系统的热源可利用最低温度降低至58 ℃。

Abstract: The optimal evaporator for organic Rankine cycle was focused on. Based on the experimental data of several common working fluids, the evaluation indexes, such as electricity output and energy efficiency, were analyzed and compared. According to the experiment results, the liquid capacity and latent heat of the working fluid were found as the key factors. Based on theoretical analysis and simulation experiments, an optimal evaporator was innovated, thereby improving the electricity output and efficiency enormously, and the recoverable temperature of the heat source was lowered to 58 ℃ by the experiment.
