新的六方晶钨氧化合物NaxWO3的制备

摘 要:用热液法制备了NaxWO3,x为 0.0018~0.0380,这是一类新的六方晶钨氧化合物.斜方晶钨酸钠酸化水洗,再进行热液脱水;当钠含量≥10-6×10-6时(质量分数),得到斜方晶WO3·1/3H2O单相,当钠含量≤40×10-6时,得到WO3·1/3H2O单相,当钠含量在40×10-6~160×10-6之间则为两相混合物.斜方晶WO3·1/3H2O在290~420℃脱水得到六方晶h-NaxWO3;继续升高温度在420~450℃恒温处理,则得到单斜晶m-NaxWO3.
Abstract: New hexagonal tungsten oxide (h-NaxWO3) has been prepared by hydrotherm al method with values of x from0 0018 to 0 0380.Orthorhombic Na 2WO 3·2H 2O was acidified and washed,then dehydrated with hydrothermal m ethod;WO 3·13H 2O orthorhombic crystals were formed when so dium concentration ≥160×10 -6 ;WO 3·H 2O phase was crystallized when so dium content ≤40×10 -6 ;an intermediate range of sodium amount,with mixed growth of WO 3·13H 2O and WO 3·H 2O phases was obtained .h-Na xWO 3 hexagonal crystallite was prepared from WO 3·13 H 2O by dehydration with temperature ranging from 290 to 420 ℃. Monocli nic crystalline was formed when h-NaxWO3 was treated at the temperature of 450 ℃.
