微粒捕集器喷油再生过程柴油消耗量最优控制

摘    要:

基于喷油助燃过程的热工机理,建立柴油消耗量真实目标泛函,并采用泛函分析与自适应变尺度混沌免疫算法相结合的方法对其进行融合处理,得出能计算喷油助燃过程中燃烧器内的烟气最优升温速度曲线和柴油消耗量最优控制的目标函数。研究结果表明:随喷油助燃再生时间不同,柴油消耗量最优值呈先减小后增加的趋势,当再生时间由8.0 min减小为5.0 min时,对应的柴油消耗量增加0.29倍;对喷油助燃再生柴油消耗量实现最优控制后,喷油助燃再生过程柴油消耗量降低25%~35%。

Abstract:

A true objective functional about the least consumption of diesel was established based on heat transfer mechanism in the diesel injection combustion process. After the true objective functional was processed by using functional analysis and adaptive immune algorithm of chaos, a functional chaos optimizer about consumption of diesel is gotten, and the optimal consumption of diesel, optimal rising temperature and optimal rising temperature velocity about fume was decided in injection combustion process. The results show that with fuel injection combustion regeneration at different time, the optimal value of the diesel consumption in the injection combustion regeneration process first decreases and then increases, while regeneration time reduces from 8.0 min to 5.0 min, the diesel consumption increases by 0.29 times. The consumption of diesel reduces by 25% to 35% after the optimal control.
