熔盐法在合金钢表面涂覆碳化钛的实验研究

摘 要:在NaCL-KCL-K2TiF6盐浴炉中进行了合金钢表面涂覆TiC的实验研究,研究了熔盐组成、反应温度、恒温时间和气氛等因素对合金钢表面TiC涂层厚度、硬镀和耐腐蚀性能的影响,确定了最佳涂覆工艺条件为:950℃常压惰性气氛下恒温3H,熔盐组成为30%K2TiF6-NaCL-KCL,对涂覆TiC机理进行了讨论.
Abstract: Deposition of TiC on alloy steel in the salt bath in the presence of NaCl-KCl-K2TiF6 isreported in this paper.The effects of the composition of fused salt ,reaction temperature,hours for constant temperature and the atmosphece on the coating thickness,hardness andcorrosion resisting property are investigated in laboratory.As a result,the optimum technicalconditions are determined as follows:0.1 MPa,3 h holding at 950℃ with fused salt composi-tion 30%K2 TiF6-NaCl-KCl under the atmosphere of inert-gas. Furthermore,the mechanismof TiC deposition is discussed.
