摘    要：介绍了KQD-100G型多功能潜孔钻车的结构、工作原理以及工业试验情况。该钻车集液压、电气、机械、操纵系统在同一钻车上。采用两个转盘,便于钻凿上向、下向和环向深孔;采用直角座标移换孔位和钻杆导向稳杆装置,炮孔平行精度高,偏斜小;采用全液压控制以及圆弧齿轮减速器,钻机回转扭矩大;可用于高风压钻进,也可用于低风压钻进。该钻车适应于中深孔、深孔采矿,也可用于深孔分段爆破法掘进天井。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the construction and principle of the multi-function KQD-100Gdown-the-hole driller and its application in Huangkou Lead & Zinc Mine.The driller is up-to-date and compact in its construction.It has the advantages of hydraulic,electric and mechani-cal characteristics.Two rotary drums are used so that it is suitable to drill the downward andcircle long holes.The device for guiding the drill bar is applied to achieve the high parallelaccuracy and low inclined error.The full hydraulic controll system and circle teeth speed re-ducer are used to get the large turning twisting couple.The drilling depth is 60m.High orlow air pressure can be supplied during drilling.The driller can be used in middle and longhole mining.It can also be used in the ore pass drilling with long hole blasting technique.
