摘    要:采用激光扫描共焦显微技术(LSCM)、DSC、TEM和拉伸试验系统研究Si含量对T4态Al-(1.44-12.40)Si- 0.7Mg(质量分数,%)合金板材显微组织和屈服强度的影响。结果表明:随着Si含量的增加,合金板材的再结晶晶粒细化。当Si含量从1.44%增加到12.4%时,合金板材的晶粒尺寸从约47 μm减小到10 μm。此外,随着Si含量的增加,基体中GP区的体积分数略有增加。在已有模型的基础上,提出预测合金板材屈服强度模型。模型结果与实际实验结果吻合较好,并揭示T4态Al-(1.44-12.40)Si-0.7Mg合金板材的强化机理及Si含量的变化对各种强化机制的影响。

Abstract: The effects of Si content on the microstructure and yield strength of Al-(1.44-12.40)Si-0.7Mg (wt.%) alloy sheets under the T4 condition were systematically studied via laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM), DSC, TEM and tensile tests. The results show that the recrystallization grain of the alloy sheets becomes more refined with an increase in Si content. When the Si content increases from 1.44 to 12.4 wt.%, the grain size of the alloy sheets decreases from approximately 47 to 10 μm. Further, with an increase in Si content, the volume fraction of the GP zones in the matrix increases slightly. Based on the existing model, a yield strength model for alloy sheets was proposed. The predicted results are in good agreement with the actual experimental results and reveal the strengthening mechanisms of the Al-(1.44-12.40)Si-0.7Mg alloy sheets under the T4 condition and how they are influenced by the Si content.
