GM-AGC的收敛性与稳态特性分析

摘 要:针对广泛应用的GM-AGC的收敛性问题,采用基于无穷级数的数学分析方法进行了研究,证明了其收敛条件即变刚度系数K的取值范围与机架刚度及轧件塑性系数的关系。在收敛性证明的基础上建立了GM-AGC的稳态分析方法,推导了厚度偏差等变量的稳态数值计算公式。给出了等效刚度的物理解释及其数学表达式,证明了GM-AGC控制算法与变刚度控制算法的稳态同一性。
Abstract: The method of mathematics analysis based-on infinite series was used to carry on research towards convergence of widely used GM-AGC,and the convergent condition,that is the range of value of variable stiffness coefficient K,was proved to relate with stiffness coefficient C of stand and plasticity coefficient Q of rolled-piece.Based-on the proof,an analysis method of steady-state characteristic of GM-AGC was built up,and formulas used for the steady-state numerical value calculating of thickness deviation and other variables were deduced.The physical meaning and mathematical express of equivalent stiffness CE were given,and the steady state identity of GM-AGC and variable stiffness control algorithm was proved.
