广西大厂脆硫锑铅矿精矿新处理工艺及其基础理论的研究

摘 要：广西大厂脆硫锑铅矿精矿是一种难处理的复杂硫化矿。本文叙述了处理这种精矿的一种新方法——氧化干馏法。先用该法处理精矿,产出挥发性金属氯化物,浸出残渣和浸出液;再用一般方法处理中间产物,以提取锑和铅回收银、铟、硫等有价伴生元素,并再生氯化铁。本文还用渐次气化-图解切线法研究了氧化干馏体系及浓三氯化锑溶液分馏脱砷体系的气-液相平衡问题。
Abstract:
Guangxi-Dachang’s jamesonite concentrate is a category of complex sul-fide concentrate which has been proved to be difficultly treatable. Thisthesis describes a new metallurgical process-oxidation-dry distillation pro-cess, which might be used for the treatment of such concentrate. The firststep of the process was to treat the concentrate to produce volative metalchlorides, residue and leached solution. Secondly, by use of various generalprocesses the intermediate products might be treated to extract antimony andlead, to recover other associated valuable elements, such as Ag, In, S, etc.,and to regenerate the ferric chloride.
In addition, by use of gradual vaporization and tangent-graphic methodthe problems of the gas-liquid phase-equilibrium of the oxidization-dry dis-tillation process and that of dearsenization by fractionation of concentratedSbCl3 solution were studied.
