酸性含乙腈的硫酸铜水溶液中金属铜溶解动力学的研究

摘 要:本文以-200目的金属铜粉为原料,在密闭条件下试验研究了酸性含乙腈的硫酸铜水溶液中金属铜溶解动力学。试验表明:乙腈浓度、Cu2+浓度对亚铜离子生成速度影响较大。在浸出剂成分为Cu2+0.5M,H2SO4 0.204M,CH3CN 5M,金属铜粉加入量为原始溶液中Cu2+的120%;温度40—60℃和浸出时间为一小时的条件下,金属铜溶解反应迅速,亚铜生成速度在三分钟时可达最大值。其阿累尼乌斯方程为logK=-489.978/T-0.28190。在40—60℃下表观活化能E=2.242千卡·摩尔-1。溶解过程受扩散控制。
Abstract: The rate of dissolution of copper powder (-200 mesh) in acidified cop-per (Ⅱ) sulphate solutoin containing acetonitrile was investigated. Experi-mental results showed that the concentration of acetonitrile and cupric ionshad a greater effect on the formation rate of cuprous ions. When theleachant had the composition of 0.5M Cu2+, 0.204M H2SO4 and 5M CH3CN andthe addition of copper powder was 120% of cupric ions in the originalsolution, in the temperature range of 40--60℃, the rate of copper dissolu-tion was very fast and a maximum value of cuprous ion formation ratewas obtained in only 3 minutes. The Arrhenius equation was found to belog K=-489.987/T-0.28190 and the activation energy was 2.242 kcal·mol-1.The dissolution reaction was considered to be controlled by diffusion.
