高铁无砟轨道简支箱梁桥疲劳试验预应力筋性能

摘    要:为研究重复列车荷载作用下高速铁路标准混凝土简支箱梁中预应力钢筋力学性能的演化规律,设计制作有轨道系统的三跨32 m标准预应力简支箱梁桥的1/4缩尺试验模型,开展1 800万次多级变幅疲劳试验,得到预应力筋应变、应变幅值及其刚度随列车荷载作用次数的变化规律。研究结果表明:在第一级列车荷载作用下,应变幅值曲线基本保持水平;当列车荷载增大为后一级荷载时,应变幅值在荷载改变初期小幅度减小,然后趋于稳定;在第一级500万次荷载作用下,预应力筋荷载-应变曲线斜率增加了27.15%,其刚度有所强化;在二级、三级和四级共1 300万次荷载作用下,预应力筋的刚度有所退化,相比于初始状态,其荷载-应变曲线斜率降低19.28%;整体上看,高速铁路无砟轨道32 m标准混凝土简支箱梁缩尺模型中的预应力筋具有良好的疲劳性能。

Abstract: A 1/4 scale test model of three-span 32 m standard prestressed simple supported box girder bridge with track system was designed to study the evolution law of mechanical properties of prestressed reinforcement in standard concrete simple supported box girder of high-speed railway under repeated train load, 18 million multilevel variable amplitude fatigue tests were carried out, and the strain and strain amplitude of prestressed reinforcement as well as the changing rule of its stiffness with the number of train load were obtained. The results show that under the first-level train load, the curve of strain amplitude keeps basic level, when the train load increases to the next level, the strain amplitude decreases slightly at the initial stage of load change and then tends to have stable value. Under the first-level 5 million times of load, the slpos of the load-strain curre incereases by 27.15%, and the stiffness is strengthened. Subsequently under 13 million times of loads in the second level, the third level and the fourth level successively, the stiffness of prestressed reinforcement degrade, and its slope of load-straion curre reduces by 19.28% compared with the initial state. The prestressed reinforcement in the 32 m standard concrete simple supported box girder model of ballastless track of high-speed railway has good fatigue properties on the whole.
