摘 要:齿轮减速器是工程应用中普遍使用的机 械传动装置 ,其设计过程繁琐、周期长、效率低 ,研制开发其CAD软件具有重要的意义 .作者在分析减速器设计过程的基础上 ,探讨了减速器CAD/CAI软件开发的关键技术 ,进而在WINDOWS操作系统下 ,选用VB开发语言与AUTOCAD绘图工具 ,运用CAD技术、可视化技术、CAI技术 ,研制开发了齿轮减速器系统CAD/CAI一体化设计软件 .此软件界面良好 ,教学指导信息丰富 ,机械设计图表能适时再现与自动读取 ,设计档案自动生成 .实践结果表明 :软件运行结果正确、可行 ;该软件包的成功开发对提高减速器设计质量、缩短其设计周期具有重要的意义 .设计方法对其它CAD/CAI软件的开发具有一定的参考价值 .
Abstract: The reducer is a widely used mechanical gearing in projects, but its design takes long time and great efforts with low designing efficiency. So it is important value to develop CAD/CAI software for gear reducer. The authors summarizes its designing course and investigate its key designing technology from the point of view of CAD/CAI integrating, then develop the software by using VB computer language, AutoCAD software on the windows operation system. This software has excellent interface, plentiful prompt message. Especially, this software can automatically read mechanical designing figure or table, and automatically produce designing documentary as well. This software has important significance for not only proving design quality but also shortening designing time, so it has wide applications.
