摘 要:以焦锑酸钠与巯基乙酸异辛酯为原料,用一步法合成了五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑,并用红外光谱对产品进行了 分析.实验结果表明:当焦锑酸钠与巯基乙酸异辛酯的量比为1.2∶1·0时,以甲苯为溶剂,加热回流3.5 h,即可得到目标产物五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑,其收率为92.8%;当五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑在PVC中的添加量为2.5%时,PVC的热稳定时间为40 min(200℃时);当其与硬脂酸钡复配时,表现出协同作用.
Abstract: The synthesis of a novel type of thermal stabilizer-antimony penta(isooctyl thiolycollate) is presented. Its thermal stabilities are measured by heat-aging oven testwhen incorporated into PVC. Antimony penta(isooctyl thiolycollate) is synthesized from sodium antimonite and isooctyl thioglyclate in one step. The experimental results show that antimony tris(mercaptoethyl stearate) is synthesized by reactionof sodium antimonite with isooctyl thioglyclate at the mole ratio 1.2∶1.0, adding xylene as azeotropic solvent, heating and refluxing for about 3.5 h, and the yield of antimony penta (isooctyl thiolycollate)is 92.8%. The thermal stability time is about 40 min(at 200℃) when 2.5% of anlimony penta is added, and it shows synergistic effects when it is mixed with barium stearate.
