一种新的残余应力评估方法

摘 要:对具有焊接残余应力构件进行了理论和实验研究.研究结果表明,有焊接残余应力存在时,构件的各阶固有频率增加,高阶频率受残余应力的影响比低阶频率大,随着阶数的增加,频率绝对变化越大.在此基础上,提出了一种利用构件固有频率变化评估残余应力的方法.
Abstract: In this paper, through theoretical and experimental research, some conclusions have been obtained. (1) If there is welding residual stress, all natural frequency of component will increase. (2) Change of high rank natural frequency under the influence of resiclual stress is larger than low rank natural frequency and the higher the rank number is, the larger the absolute amount of change of natural frequency is. A new method to evaluate residual stress is presented by using the change of natural frequency.
